You’ll play a key part in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, operational performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards.\nAs an MCS Regional CCX Technician, your responsibilities span:\nCCX Service Agreement Fulfilment\n\nQA/QC\n\nPreventative Maintenance, Operations Training & Technical Support\n\nTechnical Advisory\n\nWhat You Will Do\nLead and coordinate day-to-day CCX services including inspections, installations, repairs, start-up, functional testing, and troubleshooting of Silent-Aire equipment.\n\nWork closely with client project teams from installation through commissioning and handover.\n\nCollaborate with SAE Engineering and QA/QC teams to understand design requirements and provide feedback on improvements.\n\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships, offering prompt technical support and issue resolution.\n\nDevelop and maintain deep technical expertise across the product and service portfolio.\n\nMonitor and report on project progress, risks, milestones, and impacts to quality, cost, or schedule.\n\nSupport regional growth initiatives and contribute to developing the technical and customer infrastructure.\n\nWork collaboratively with APAC technicians and management to improve regional performance and profitability.\n\nComplete daily reporting and ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.\n\nCollect, analyse, and summarise operational data and trends.\n\nProtect company information and comply with all business, safety, and quality procedures.\n\nPerform additional duties or hands-on tasks as required.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nUniversity or college degree in engineering or related technical discipline (preferred).\n\nTrade school education/certification (an asset).\n\nMinimum five years’ experience as a technician-ideally within the HVAC industry.\n\nStrong analytical and computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.\n\nExperience with budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting (advantageous).\n\nStrong communication skills, professionalism, adaptability, and dependability.\n\nAbility to build effective internal and external relationships.\n\nCommitment to safety initiatives and quality standards.\n\nAbove-average troubleshooting skills;
