Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry-leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real-world results and help move society forward.\nWhat you will do:\nElectrical Alarm Installer must be able to configure, install, dismantle, reconstruct and programs security, fire, CCTV, network and access control systems required by the specs on a per job bases.\nConducts the most complex preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, installation and commissioning. Consults with customer on building systems to ensure satisfaction. Provides work direction to technicians, designers, and engineers.\nHow will you do it:\nInstalls appropriate devices; dismantles and reconstructs equipment as required by customer or Johnson Controls.\nConducts service calls as required.\nWorks safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, loss of unused materials and cleans up installation debris.\nContacts customers prior to the date of scheduled installation to verify schedule.\nPrepares estimates in accordance with prescribed instructions or directions of supervisor.\nFollows proper schematic wiring diagrams and hook-up procedures.\nTests operation of system to the signal-receiving center to properly establish service.\nReads building, electrical and sprinkler blueprints as required.\nCoordinates installations with police/fire departments and handles necessary records for notification of emergency calls.\nMay manage installation teams on larger projects.\nWhat you will do:\nRequired\n Must have mastery knowledge of commercial Intrusion systems, CCTV, Access Control Systems.\nAbility to read blueprints and schematic drawings.\nMust have at least three or more years' experience.\nHigh School Degree or equivalent. University degree, preferred. Or combination of education and experience (4 Years minimum).\nAbility to operate hand and power tools.\nAbility to operate fleet vehicle in a safe manner at all times.\nAbility to communicate and provide excellent customer service.\nValid driver's license.\nHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $32.00-45.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience,\nknowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market\ndata.)
