You will use SAP and planning data to support purchase orders, track open items, and follow up on deliveries, shortages, and lead times.\nWhat you will do\nCollaborate with production and quality assurance teams to confirm material specifications and purchasing needs.\nMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to maintain material flow and prevent production interruptions.\nBuild and maintain strong supplier relationships through clear and professional communication.\nImplement purchasing strategies to support cost control and delivery timing.\nRelease purchase orders based on MRP signals and inventory requirements.\nTrack open orders, confirm delivery dates, and resolve delays with suppliers.\nMaintain system data for lead times, order quantities, and delivery dates in SAP.\nFollow up on shortages and escalate issues that could affect production plans.\nReview planning parameters such as safety stock and reorder points.\nSupport warehouse, receiving, and production scheduling activities as needed.\nHow you will do it\nYou will work with ownership and accountability, keeping material availability, delivery timing, and supplier follow-up under control.\nYou will focus on what matters by staying close to production needs and removing obstacles that could affect customer commitments.\nYou will improve every day by reviewing planning data carefully, identifying root causes, and acting quickly when shortages or delays appear.\nYou will succeed as one team by working openly with production, quality, logistics, and suppliers to reach the same operational goals.\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in raw material purchasing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.\nKnowledge of procurement processes, MRP, and inventory management.\nProficiency in SAP ERP systems.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.\nAdvanced intermediate English proficiency for communication with international suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nValid visa or work authorization, depending on the
