You will define breakthrough content plans and delivery plans, develop briefs, and manage content sign-offs in close collaboration with Product Marketers and Campaign Managers.\nThis role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of B2B marketing.\nHow you will do it\nDevelop content strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with Johnson Controls' business goals and target audiences.\nCreate compelling content: Produce high-quality blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, infographics, videos, and social media content.\nOptimize for SEO: Apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility and drive organic traffic.\nManage content distribution: Distribute content across the company website, social media, email newsletters, and third-party platforms.\nEngage audiences: Build relationships and foster community through comments, social media interactions, and other audience channels.\nAnalyze performance: Monitor content marketing performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.\nCollaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with sales, product marketing, design, and other teams to align content with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.\nMonitor industry trends: Stay current with trends and best practices across content marketing and B2B marketing.\nWhat we look for\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in B2B content marketing or a similar role.\nStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.\nProficiency in SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).\nExperience with content distribution and social media platforms.\nExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform decision-making.\nStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nCreative thinking and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.\nPreferred\nExperience in the industrial or technology sectors.\nFamiliarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.\nKnowledge of graphic design and video production.\nSALARY RANGE: $100,000 - $120,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
