You will plan, execute, and complete work that may include hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, system and network commissioning, and project closeout. You will also manage project finances, maintain customer communication, and support warranty execution to ensure each project is delivered successfully.\nLead assigned control systems projects from planning through commissioning, closeout, and warranty support.\nCoordinate hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, and system and network commissioning.\nManage project costs, billings, collections, profitability, and cash flow for assigned work.\nMaintain communication with customers throughout all phases of the project and pursue change orders when scope changes arise.\nDirect subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and administrative support as needed.\nManage material selection, ordering, budgeting, and delivery schedules for project procurement.\nSecure pricing and availability from vendors, suppliers, and mechanical and electrical subcontractors.\nOversee jobsite coordination for panel and field device locations and ensure installation aligns with project requirements.\nComplete loading, device verification, commissioning, and validation of system controllers.\nProvide accurate as-built records, commissioning documentation, manuals, and owner/operator training as required.\nSupport subcontractor payment, billing, and project closeout activities.\nDevelop project plans, coordinate resources, and maintain viable long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.\nHow You Will Do It\nOwn outcomes with accountability, safety, and integrity by managing scope, schedule, quality, and financial results from kickoff through warranty completion.\nStay close to the work by coordinating field details, resolving commissioning issues quickly, and ensuring installation meets project expectations.\nUse candor and continuous problem-solving to surface risks early, address change impacts clearly, and keep projects moving forward.\nWin as one team by building strong working relationships with customers, subcontractors, technicians, designers, and internal partners.\nFocus on what matters by removing obstacles, maintaining clear priorities, and keeping communication practical and timely.\nProvide coaching and technical assistance so delegated work is completed accurately, on time, within scope, and within budget.\nKeep management informed with timely project updates, forecasts, and documentation that support sound decision-making.\nWhat We Look For\nRequired\nTechnical associate degree with two years of field experience, or four years of equivalent related field experience in the HVAC industry.\nHands-on experience in systems design and commissioning of digital HVAC controls systems.\nAbility to communicate technical material clearly to a non-technical audience.\nAbility to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities with limited supervision.\nPreferred\nStrong personal computer skills.\nKnowledge of control theory and HVAC systems.\nKnowledge of project accounting, costing principles, and contracting.\nHiring Salary Range: $92,400-125,000 determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, location, and market data.
