Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry-leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real-world results and help move society forward.\nWhat will you do?\nFollow up transactions effectively to ensure that the agreed quantities of products are delivered to the customer as set out in the sales offer/order, at the agreed place and time.\nHow will you do it?\nOrder Processing\nOrder input in the system (different order types)\n\nIncoming calls management\n\nSend order confirmation to customer (confirm delivery date based on ATP, partial delivery allowed, etc.)\n\nCredit notes / invoices processing.\n\nBackorder monitoring and order management\nMonitor the customer backorders in conjunction with Customer, Warehouse, Supply & Demand, Credit Control, Purchase and Forwarder.\n\nMaintenance of planned shipping days (delays, customer requests, etc)\n\nHandle customer order cancellations (DOA)\n\nMonitor call-off orders\n\nHandling non-conformities and complaints\nIssue internal complaints and RMA if required.
