Vos responsabilités Gestion des ordres de service de réparation et des contrats de maintenance Facturation des ordres de service, des contrats et des projets Saisie et enregistrement des projets entrants dans le système de gestion conformément aux procédures établies Gestion de la documentation administrative liée aux projets Gestion de la correspondance interne et externe Réception des demandes téléphoniques des clients Traitement des demandes des clients et des fournisseurs Planification des interventions de réparation et de maintenance Soutien au département financier pour les demandes relatives à la facturation Gestion de la relation avec les clients Collaboration active avec l’équipe régionale Votre profil Formation achevée dans le domaine commercial ou technique, complétée par une formation continue dans le domaine technique/commercial Expérience professionnelle en planification, idéalement dans les secteurs de la sécurité et/ou de l'informatique Excellentes connaissances linguistiques en allemand et en anglais, toute autre langue nationale est un atout Esprit d’initiative, approche orientée vers la résolution de problèmes Très bonnes connaissances des outils Microsoft Office
