You will execute all administrative tasks relating to the Johnson Controls Fire Suppression parts and product and positively interact with customers both verbally and written.\nPart of your day-to-day tasks include:\nEnter orders efficiently \nSend order confirmation to customer \nManage incomplete/credit hold orders to confirm release \nMonitor inventory levels to have order ship from the proper warehouse \nManage backorders \nMaintain ship dates \nManage order cancellations quickly \nAnswer calls \nHandle customer questions concerning shipments, backorders, escalations etc. \nPull regular reports to manage orders. \nManage cases in Salesforce.com \nWhat you will need \nRequired\nProblem solving \nProactive \nAgile - work in fast paced environment with quickly changing priorities \nAble to manage tasks effectively \nActive Listening skills \nCRM experience with Salesforce.com, ERP: SAP \nAttention to Detail \nMicrosoft Office Suite experience \nBilingual a plus\nHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $22.64 - 31.15 Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
