May be required to satisfactorily pass an examination to identify special skills. Scope of work shall be limited to commercial HVACR service. Servicemen may partner with Journeymen in the repair of centrifugal, steam turbines, and absorption machines, open-drive screw chillers and ammonia systems. Perform maintenance, repair and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.\nWe provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with recognition, monetary rewards, and advancement. Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.\nWhat we look for\nRequired\nMust be a member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO. \nBe a dedicated member of a North America Branch team willing to learn and be responsible for system trouble shooting, repair and aftermarket services for this fast-growing business.\nMinimum of Eight (8) years Commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry and Industrial Petrochemical, or Data Center vertical environments. This includes Rooftop units, pumps, fans, towers, boilers, chillers, compressors, plumbing.\nAble to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chillers and/or ammonia / hydrocarbon system components.\nMaintain ammonia and hydrocarbon safety training certification.\nAble to install complete systems, (Chillers, Rooftop Units, plumbing and all supporting mechanical systems).\nMechanical shaft alignment using dial indicators, laser etc. of pumps, fans, Compressors.\nAble to use vibration equipment to trouble shoot drivelines.\nTravel maybe required 10% to 20% to support Branch Customers activities, trouble shooting, installation and repair.\nYou will be required to pass a knowledge examination to assess proficiencies. \nOpportunity to invest in career development.
