The Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Centre Project Manager (BMS) to lead the delivery of Building Management System (BMS) projects across Finland and the Nordic region.
You will be responsible for managing project execution from planning through commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Data Centre BMS projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks.
- Coordinate customers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Take ownership of project financial performance, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and quality standards.
- Support commissioning, testing, and final project handover.
- Provide regular project updates to customers and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Right to work in Finland.
- 5+ years of project management experience within Data Centres, construction, building services, or automation.
- Experience delivering complex projects in a customer-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of project controls, contracts, and financial management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel within Finland and the Nordic region.
Preferred
- Experience managing Data Centre or other mission-critical projects.
- BMS knowledge, including platforms such as Metasys, EasyIO, Niagara, Trend, Siemens, or Schneider.
- PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or similar certification.
- Engineering, Automation, or Construction-related qualification.
