This is a hands-on role focused on reliability, access patterns, and platform enablement.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, build, and operate a secure and scalable data platform in Snowflake.\nSupport governed data consumption by implementing reliable structures, access patterns, and platform controls.\nCollaborate with data consumers to understand needs and remove friction in how they access and use data.\nDevelop and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and supporting workflows for analytics use cases.\nImplement secure access patterns for humans, applications, and AI-driven tools.\nMonitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance, stability, and usability.\nSupport the Posit (RStudio) platform used by data scientists and advanced analysts.\nDocument platform processes, data workflows, and operational standards.\nWork closely with analytics, engineering, and business teams to support data quality and platform adoption.\nHow You Will Do It\nOwn the outcome with accountability by delivering reliable, secure, and well-controlled platform services.\nStay close to the work by understanding how analysts, data scientists, and business teams actually use the platform.\nLook for root causes, improve the platform continuously, and address issues with candor and practical problem-solving.\nWork as one team by partnering across technical and business groups, sharing context, and building trust.\nBalance speed and control so the platform remains useful, safe, and maintainable as demand grows.\nUse clear documentation and disciplined operating practices to support consistency and handoffs.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n3-6 years of experience in data engineering, data platform engineering, or a closely related role.\nHands-on experience with Snowflake and modern cloud data platform concepts.\nStrong SQL skills for data manipulation, validation, and troubleshooting.\nExperience building or supporting data pipelines, transformations, or analytics data models.\nWorking knowledge of data governance, secure access, and data quality practices.\nExperience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Posit (RStudio), Python, or other analytics development environments.\nExposure to Azure Data Factory, Fivetran, Snowpark, dbt, or Airflow.\nExperience supporting workforce analytics or other business intelligence environments.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD practices, Git, or Azure DevOps.\nExposure to secure access patterns for application, service, or AI-based data
