Manage and train a team to receive and ship products to JCI production plants.\nReview and change procedures to meet and exceed customer needs.\nHow you will do it:\nTracking and coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials and maintaining suitable inventory levels.\nWhat we look for:\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.\nAbility to motivate teams to meet daily goals.\nKnowledge of KPI’S.\nSAP knowledge or similar ERP.\n3-5 years’ experience in receiving and shipping warehouse management.\nStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics coordination.\nAbility to train employees and follow up their performance.\nMain focus to maintain and exceed accuracy levels greater than 95%\nTeamwork oriented across the organization.\nPromote and comply safety company policies and regulations.\nRoot Cause analysis problem solver.\nPreferred:\nVerbal and written communication skills.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office.
