This role is responsible for supervising team members, ensuring accurate inventory management, and optimizing logistics processes to meet customer expectations and delivery timelines.\nFoster a culture of respect, collaboration, and empowerment by consistently applying servant leadership values. Conduct daily communication meetings to ensure alignment, transparency, and team engagement. Take ownership of performance evaluations by providing timely, constructive feedback and following through on development plans. Actively recognize individual and team contributions to reinforce a positive work environment. Ensure all actions and decisions align with JCMS principles, promoting operational excellence and continuous improvement.\nHow you will do it:\nOversee and coordinate distribution center operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.\nManage shipping processes and maintain accurate documentation for all outbound shipments, ensuring alignment with delivery commitments and CRSD timelines.\nConduct regular cycle counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.\nLead, mentor, and develop the logistics team, fostering a culture of customer focus, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nCollaborate with internal teams (sales, manufacturing, logistics, etc.) to resolve operational challenges and improve workflows to achieve On-Time Delivery.\nEnsure adherence to local and international warehousing, shipping, and logistics regulations.\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.\nMonitor key metrics related to customer experience and delivery performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.\nWhat we look for\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or distribution operations, with supervisory experience.\nStrong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems (WMS).\nPreferred:\nExperience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.\nFamiliarity with processes focused on achieving On-Time Delivery and CRSD workflows.\nSALARY RANGE: $78,600.00 - $118,000(Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
