You will work closely with operations leaders and employees to reduce risk, improve compliance, and build consistent EHS practices that support daily work and long-term performance.\nWhat will you do?\nLead EHS strategy, programs, and compliance activities for Chillers North America across manufacturing, distribution, and field operations.\nSupport alignment with applicable federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations and internal Zero Harm expectations.\nDevelop and deliver training on fire prevention, lockout/tagout, fall protection, chemical handling, and other site-specific EHS topics.\nLead incident and accident reporting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up activities to prevent recurrence.\nConduct GEMBA walks, safety walks, coaching, and risk assessments to strengthen day-to-day performance.\nReview and maintain environmental operating permits and related records for Air, Water, and Waste.\nPartner with operations leaders to maintain accurate EHS data, reports, and documentation and to drive continuous improvement.\nHow will you do it?\nOwn outcomes with accountability, safety, and integrityby following through on actions, addressing risk promptly, and keeping EHS priorities visible.\nStay close to the workthrough site presence, GEMBA walks, and practical coaching that removes obstacles for teams.\nImprove every dayby using incident investigations, root cause analysis, audits, and corrective actions to make processes stronger and simpler.\nWin as one teamby partnering across operations, engineering, and field teams, listening to diverse perspectives, and building solutions together.\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.\nDemonstrated knowledge of applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.\nSuccess managing EHS programs across multi-site manufacturing and distribution locations in North America.\nExperience leading audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.\nExperience training managers and employees on safety procedures and regulatory expectations.\nStrong communication and influencing skills with the ability to work across operations, engineering, and field teams.\nAbility to organize data, reports, and compliance records with a high level of accuracy.\nNice to Have\nExperience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or ISO 9001 management systems.\nFamiliarity with waste characterization, environmental reporting, and regulatory
