You will manage electrical project activities from planning through commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nYou will work closely with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver HVAC electrical solutions including power distribution, MCCs, VFDs, control panels, and Building Management Systems (BMS).\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and coordinate HVAC electrical project activities from execution to handover.\nManage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.\nCollaborate with customers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.\nReview technical documentation, drawings, and commissioning plans.\nEnsure compliance with Finnish and European electrical standards, as well as safety and quality requirements.\nOversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC electrical systems.\nMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.\nSupport customer satisfaction through effective project delivery and communication.\nWhat we look for\nRequired\nSolid experience in electrical engineering within HVAC, building automation, industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environments.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.\nFluent English skills.\nPreferred\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.\nHands-on experience with one or more of the following:Building Management Systems (BMS)\nMotor Control Centers (MCCs)\nVariable Frequency Drives (VFDs)\nHVAC Controls & Automation\nPower Distribution Systems\nElectrical Installation, Testing & Commissioning\nMechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)\n\nProject management certification (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or equivalent).\nFinnish language
