We pride ourselves on innovation, quality, and delivering tailored solutions to meet our clients' unique needs.\nSpecific Accountabilities:\nInstallation of switchgear\nRough and finish wiring and control systems\nInstalls system components and wiring in compliance with the applicable standards\nInstalls, troubleshoots, and maintains electrical control circuits for motors and control devices for various electrical devices\nTest repaired equipment for proper performance\nInstruct and coach apprentices\nMaintain a working knowledge of changes in technology, compliance and repair techniques\nOther assigned work as required\nScope:\nEffective verbal and listening communications skills.\nTime management skills.\nAbility to read schematics, blueprints and other technical diagrams.\nCritical eye for identifying defects.\nCommitment to quality and safety.\nAbility to readily determine the correct tools and equipment needed to do a job.\nAbility to complete daily activities according to work schedule.\nAbility to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and occasionally perform strenuous physical labor.\nWorking Conditions:\nSafety policies must be adhered to at all times.\nIt is very important that the incumbent of this position is able to work and communicate with prudence, while effectively managing time, completing tasks, and working safely.\nUse of Personal Protection Equipment will be required (e.g. safety glasses, safety boots, ear protection, etc.).\nRegularly works near moving parts.\nRequires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination.\nNoise levels can fluctuate from quiet to loud.\nMay work in tight spaces\nHazards associated with the industry.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school diploma, GED or equivalent\nCompletion of college/vocational or technical training preferred\nAppropriate credentials and certifications\nAbility to work independently in a busy environment\nHighly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment\nAble to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing\nAble to work well under pressure\nStrong attention to detail\nAble to deal with people tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times\nBenefits:\nHealth, dental, vision, Insurance \nCompany paid life insurance\nFlexible spending account\nPaid time off/Sick time off\nReports to:\nReports to: Electrical Lead or Supervisor\nAdditional Comments:\nThis is not an all-inclusive list.
