Your work will help ensure long-term product reliability, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction while supporting the continued success of products throughout their lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze and resolve hardware issues in existing products, including complex root-cause investigations and corrective actions\nLead sustaining, component obsolescence, and product redesign projects from problem identification through implementation and release\nBalance multiple concurrent design changes, investigations, and sustaining tasks across several products\nMaintain technical documentation and ensure alignment with applicable regulatory standards\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, including design reviews, troubleshooting support, and development of engineering best practices\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering\n5+ years of experience in embedded hardware design and troubleshooting\nStrong communication and organizational skills\nProficiency with debugging tools such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with low-power analog circuit design\nKnowledge of AC/DC and DC/DC converters\nFamiliarity with microcontrollers and embedded systems\nSALARY RANGE: $115,000 - $135,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
