Engineer Fellow

what you will do：

1.Techinical Expertise & Strategic Program Leadership

• Serve as the technical authority for Contract Engineering execution, SQ governance and customization standardization for Data Center chiller solutions.
• Partner with application engineering and product engineering teams to ensure approved customer requirements are properly reviewed, implemented, validated and transitioned into engineering execution.
• Drive alignment between customer expectations and product capabilities.
• Support long-term growth of the Data Center business by building sustainable engineering capabilities.

2. Contract Engineering Process Improvement

• Establish and continuously improve standardized processes for contract engineering execution.
• Lead/facilitate technical reviews, approval mechanisms, risk assessments and validation requirements for engineering changes and custom solutions.
• Ensure disciplined execution and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote cross-site collaboration and knowledge sharing to improve engineering efficiency and execution consistency.

3.SQ/Contract Engineering Standardization

• Establish SQ/contract engineering database.
• Drive the conversion of repeatable SQ solutions into standard product offerings and engineering standards.
• Drive standardization of recurring customer customization requests and facilitate their incorporation into future Chiller Product Roadmaps.

What we want：

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration Engineering or related disciplines.
• Extensive experience in chiller, HVAC, cooling systems or related engineering fields.
• Strong understanding of customer applications, product development and engineering validation processes.
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Data Center cooling applications.
• Experience in Application Engineering, Contract Engineering or Product Engineering.
• Experience establishing engineering processes, standards and governance frameworks in a global environment.
• Demonstrated success in product standardization and innovation.
