The role involves working closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and system performance.\nHow You Will Do It\nInstall complex field devices and control system components in accordance with project requirements and engineering specifications.\nPerform system configuration, startup, testing, and commissioning using standard JCI tools and processes.\nTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system, hardware, software, and network-related issues.\nRespond to warranty service calls and provide timely resolution to customer concerns.\nVerify system performance and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.\nMaintain accurate documentation related to installation, commissioning, and service activities.\nCoordinate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and customers regarding project status, progress, and any issues requiring attention.\nAdhere to company safety policies, procedures, and industry standards while executing field activities.\nWhat We Look For\nRequired Qualifications:\nAssociate degree / Diploma (2-year degree) in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMinimum 4 years of experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing of Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC Controls, Fire & Security Systems, or related automation solutions.\nStrong understanding of control systems, field devices, sensors, actuators, and system integration.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and project documentation.\nStrong problem-solving and customer-service skills.\nWillingness to travel to customer sites as required.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Johnson Controls Metasys or other Building Automation Systems.\nKnowledge of networking fundamentals and system integration protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, or N2.\nExperience in customer-facing field service
