You will work closely with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to help ensure reliable performance, quality execution, and safe delivery.\nWhat will you do?\nInstall, service, repair, and maintain BMS systems and related building equipment.\nSupport the design and execution of service, maintenance, and retrofit projects.\nCarry out site surveys and dilapidation reports as part of project and service delivery.\nInspect BMS-controlled equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements where needed.\nTest and commission systems and support 3rd party integration activities.\nBuild programming logics and graphics for digital solutions.\nRespond to service needs, diagnose faults, and support corrective actions on site.\nPlan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day contract activities when required.\nMaintain accurate records, reports, time sheets, and as-built documentation.\nWork in line with safety, quality, KPI, and SLA expectations.\nHow will you do it?\nTake succeeds together.\nKeep work organized through careful planning, disciplined execution, and regular follow-up on open items.\nWhat are we looking for?\nTechnical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent practical experience in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, controls, or a related field.\nStrong BMS systems technical knowledge.\nExperience in service, maintenance, retrofit, installation, or commissioning of BMS and HVAC systems.\nWorking knowledge of testing and commissioning practices, fault diagnosis, and on-site troubleshooting.\nExperience with 3rd party integration, programming logics, and graphics building.\nAbility to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.\nGood communication skills in English and the ability to work with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.\nStrong safety awareness and a disciplined approach to documentation and follow-through.\nNice to Have\nExperience with HVAC equipment such as chillers, CRAC units, UPS, and generators.\nFamiliarity with EMS and BAS environments.\nExperience preparing site surveys, dilapidation reports, and upgrade recommendations.\nHVAC certifications.\nExposure to critical
