The ideal candidate will establish representation agreements, develop licensing programs, manage third-party integrators, and serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME) for third-party equipment at local, area, and national levels.\nThis is a remote role.\nHow you will do it:\nDevelop and execute strategies to expand the third-party equipment portfolio, ensuring a comprehensive systems solution offering.\nIdentify and establish representation agreements and licensing programs with third-party equipment providers.\nManage relationships with third-party integrators, ensuring successful collaboration and integration of new offerings.\nServe as the technical SME for third-party equipment, providing expertise and support to the JCI equipment field organization.\nConduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and improvement.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure successful integration and promotion of third-party equipment.\nInnovate and develop new product offerings in collaboration with third-party integrators to meet market demands and customer needs.\nMonitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize the portfolio.\nCommunicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and executive leadership.\nStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform third-party equipment product development and portfolio management.\nWhat we look for:\nBachelor’s Degree \n5+ years Product / Program Management experience\nExperience working with third-party equipment manufacturers or have worked at a third-party equipment manufacturer dealing with sales representatives\nTechnical understanding of HVAC equipment and systems\nProficiency in training and educating field sales and operations\nHIRING SALARY RANGE: $101,000 - 150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
