This role provides advanced technical support, manages device lifecycle and software deployment processes, delivers platform engineering and packaging services, and ensures security, compliance, performance, and user experience across desktop and mobile technologies.\nThe engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security, Infrastructure, Networking, and Service Management, to support global end-user technologies and drive automation, standardization, and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlatform Engineering & Administration\nDesign, deploy, administer, and maintain Windows 10/11 and macOS environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.\nManage endpoint lifecycle activities including provisioning, imaging, deployment, configuration, upgrades, patching, and decommissioning.\nAdminister endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune and other Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain endpoint policies, configurations, and compliance standards.\nManage software distribution processes, application updates, and deployment strategies.\nDevelop deployment automation and packaging solutions using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.\nCollaborate with business and technical teams to validate application compatibility and deployment readiness.\nTechnical Support & Troubleshooting\nProvide Level 3 support for complex endpoint-related incidents involving hardware, operating systems, applications, and device management technologies.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, macOS, mobile devices, software deployments, and endpoint security.\nParticipate in major incident management, root cause analysis, problem management, and service restoration activities.\nIdentity & Collaboration Services\nAdminister and support Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Microsoft 365 services.\nSupport authentication, device enrollment, access management, and endpoint integration with enterprise services.\nSecurity & Compliance\nImplement and maintain endpoint security controls and compliance requirements.\nMonitor system health, vulnerabilities, patch compliance, and security posture across managed devices.\nPartner with Security teams to remediate risks and maintain compliance with corporate standards.\nOperations & Service Improvement\nMonitor platform performance, capacity utilization, and operational metrics.\nIdentify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and user experience enhancements.\nParticipate in change management, release management, and service improvement initiatives.\nSupport onboarding activities, technical projects, and strategic transformation efforts.\nDocumentation & Knowledge Management\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, standards, procedures, and knowledge base articles.\nDocument solutions, best practices, deployment methodologies, and known issues.\nProvide training, guidance, and mentoring to end users and IT teams on platform technologies and processes.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n6+ years of experience supporting enterprise end-user computing environments.\nStrong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS administration and troubleshooting.\nExperience with endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune, and equivalent MDM platforms.\nExperience with application packaging, deployment, and software lifecycle management.\nKnowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Microsoft 365, and identity management concepts.\nStrong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and device management best practices.\nFamiliarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.\nExcellent troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and effectively within global cross-functional teams.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar technologies.\nKnowledge of virtualization and modern endpoint management practices.\nUnderstanding of network fundamentals and endpoint connectivity troubleshooting.\nExperience supporting cloud-first workplace technologies and modern device management strategies.\nExposure to Zero Trust security principles and endpoint
