Key Elements
Management of small site team for site installation of air handling units.
Ability to manage multiple sitessimultaneously.
Communicate with general contractor and client team on site regarding program, site issues, health, safetyand quality.
Producing concise accurate reports for management team.
Commercial awareness to include ensuring project costs are controlled and as per budget.
Ensure the clients are given a high-quality finished product and service.
Identifying strengths and weaknesses of site operatives and harnessing these to create highly skilled and efficient site teams. Training to be provided where any weaknesses are identified.
Ensuring all site conditions and requirements are met for inductions, RAMS, permits, PPE etc.
Materials and equipment planning and ordering, so all needs are met on site.
Constantly seeking ways to streamline and develop site installation and commissioning with product and service quality as a key driver.
Monitoring and accurately recording any delays or issues on site which may have commercial repercussions.
Monitor performance of team on site and notify management of any issues.
Draftingreports, RAMS, lessons learned documentation etc.to a high standard of quality.

Technical
Design(Minor adjustment to make site works more efficient)
Good to haves
Journeyman ticket in Electrical
First Aid, Electrical / Mechanical background, OSHA30, NFPA70E, Manual Handling, Safepass, Working at heights.
Experience in HVAC delivery within DC industry.
Ability to read technical drawings including P&IDs and Electrical Diagrams.
Must haves
Minimum 5years’ experience in site supervisionrole in manufacturing or construction application.
Intermediate skills level across Microsoft suite of applications.
Fluent in English both verbal and written.
Full driver’s licenseand reliable transportation.
