This role combines project finance, profitability analysis, and internal control discipline in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and review financial justifications for capital projects across the North America network.\nTrack capital project spending, timing, and cost impact against project plans, forecasts, and budget.\nWork with project managers to ensure timely capitalization of equipment placed in use.\nLiaise with stakeholders to provide regular financial progress updates.\nIdentify and evaluate project financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.\nPerform special studies and business case analyses for division management.\nProvide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.\nEnsure adherence to corporate and divisional accounting and internal control procedures, SOX compliance, and reporting requirements.\nHow You Will Do It\nOwn your analysis and follow through on commitmentsso project teams can rely on accurate, timely financial guidance.\nStay close to the workby partnering directly with project managers, operations, procurement, and finance stakeholders to understand scope changes, risks, and timing.\nUse clear, fact-based reportingto highlight variances, capitalization needs, and mitigation actions early.\nWork collaboratively across functionsto remove obstacles, solve problems quickly, and keep projects moving in the right direction.\nImprove the process every dayby asking questions, challenging assumptions, and bringing forward practical ideas that strengthen controls and project performance.\nQualifications\nMaster’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.\n7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.\nPrior experience with capital project management, business case financial analysis, and profitability studies.\nProficiency with OneStream, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong leadership and communication skills.\nAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to travel up to 10%.\nWhy Join Us\nThis role offers the opportunity to influence capital investment decisions, strengthen financial discipline, and partner with teams across the business on projects that matter.
