In this field-based role, you will help ensure customer systems are dependable, well documented, and ready to perform.\nKey Responsibilities\nInspect and test fire alarm systems for both existing and new customer sites.\nPerform routine service and preventative maintenance on life safety product lines.\nComplete accurate documentation for all work performed using the tools provided.\nFollow verbal and written instructions while meeting assigned schedules and customer needs.\nWork safely and professionally in a clean, organized, and compliant manner.\nCarry and move equipment and tools, including loads of up to 70 lbs, as needed for the job.\nWork at heights or in unusual positions, including ladders, scaffolding, and high-lift equipment.\nSupport alternative shifts or weekend work when required to meet customer demands.\nHow You Will Do It\nWork safely and with integrity on every site, following company safety policies and procedures.\nStay close to the work, listen carefully to customer needs, and remove obstacles that could delay service.\nDocument inspections and service activities accurately using the tools provided.\nFollow structured instructions, keep work organized, and complete assignments on time.\nImprove every day through attention to detail, clear communication, and practical problem-solving.\nWin as one team by collaborating well with customers and teammates and bringing a positive, professional attitude.\nQualifications\n1 year of installation or service experience in testing and inspecting fire alarm equipment.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nValid driver’s license with a good driving record.\nAbility to work with little or no supervision.\nStrong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly.\nCapable of performing physical labor.\nExcellent communication skills.\nAbility to work well with others.\nAbility to work alternative shifts or weekends when needed.\nAbility to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs.\nAbility to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions, including climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high-lift equipment.\nBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and smartphone use.\nAbility to obtain NICET I within 1 year of employment.\nWhy Join Us\nYou will join a safety-minded team backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services, and a strong field organization.
