Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry-leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real-world results and help move society forward.\nWhat you will do\nInspectors are responsible for conducting routine inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance on Electrical, Sprinkler or Suppression life safety product lines as well as similar competitive manufacturers’ product lines.\nHow you will do it\nTest and inspect fire alarm systems with existing and new customer base.\nMaintain proper documentation for work performed using tools provided\nWork with low voltage wiring and associated devices for the operation of low voltage equipment.\nComplete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding through communication devices such as laptop computers and/or hard copy.\nFollow and maintain a highly structured inspection schedule.\nInput, retrieve and archive inspection documents via mobile device.\nMake minor repairs and programming changes to systems being inspected.\nMust adhere to company safety policies and procedures\nCarry/move equipment and tools weighing up to 70lbs\nPerform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions; such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment\nMust be able to work alternative shifts or weekends to meet customer needs\nMust perform all duties in a safe and professional manner & maintain a clean and safe work area\nWhat we look for\nRequired\nInstallation or Service Experience in testing and inspecting Fire Alarm Equipment\nMass Class D license.\nSelf-starter that can work with little or no supervision\nStrong organizational skills, positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly\nCapable of performing physical labor\nExcellent communication skills\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent\nValid Driver’s License with good driving record\nAbility to work well with others\nObtain NICET I within 1 year of employment\nBasic computer skills - Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook) along with SmartPhone skills\nHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $21-32 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
