In this role, you will help drive operational consistency, team performance, and contractual execution across assigned accounts.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and support the daily activities of Sprinkler and Fire Alarm Inspectors, including coaching, training, hiring recommendations, and promotion recommendations.\nEnsure inspection work aligns with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable fire protection and life safety standards.\nPartner with Inspection Coordinators to improve scheduling efficiency and review deficiency inspection reports thoroughly.\nMonitor contract execution, prepare projections, and help maximize the productivity of assigned field personnel.\nSupport customer meetings and monthly check-ins with inspectors to strengthen service quality and satisfaction.\nAddress issues quickly and professionally while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and customers.\nPromote accountability, consistency, and a high standard of service across the inspection team.\nHow You Will Do It\nYou will lead with accountability, safety, and integrity, setting clear expectations and following through on commitments.\nYou will stay close to the work by understanding day-to-day field operations, removing obstacles, and helping customers get the support they need without delay.\nYou will use candid feedback, thoughtful problem-solving, and continuous improvement to strengthen inspection quality and team performance.\nYou will work as one team with coordinators, inspectors, and customers, building trust through collaboration and respect for different perspectives.\nYou will coach people consistently, reinforce company policies, and create an environment where performance and compliance go hand in hand.\nYou will use inspection reporting, scheduling, and operational data to help prioritize work and improve execution.\nQualifications\n5+ years of management experience, preferably in a similar industry.\n3+ years of experience in the fire protection or life safety industry.\nStrong understanding of P&L management and oversight of sales activities.\nProficiency with MS Office and online systems.\nWorking knowledge of fire regulations and codes such as OFC and ULC.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nExcellent communication skills with tact, diplomacy, and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.\nValid driver’s license and clean driving record.\nAbility to pass pre-employment background and drug screening and obtain required licenses in accordance with national, state, and local codes.\nNice to Have\nNICET certification.\nExperience with Oracle.\nFamiliarity with maintenance scheduling systems.\nWhy Join Us\nThis role offers a competitive salary range of $76,000 to $151,000, with compensation determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data.
