You will plan and execute work across commercial, educational, healthcare, industrial, and military environments, with a strong focus on safety, quality, customer satisfaction, schedule, scope, and financial performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead fire alarm, security, and communications installation projects through initiation, execution, and closeout.\nSet up local project offices and coordinate scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, and resource allocation.\nManage schedules, costs, safety, quality, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoordinate work from design and permitting through material delivery, labor planning, and field installation.\nFacilitate Work in Progress meetings, status reviews, and resolution of project issues.\nSupport change order processing and drive margin improvement on assigned projects.\nEnsure work is completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with company standards and customer requirements.\nHow You Will Do It\nOwn project outcomes with accountability, safety, and integrity while keeping customer commitments front and center.\nStay close to the work by coordinating design, permits, delivery, labor, and installation details so issues are identified and removed early.\nUse a disciplined project plan to track schedule, budget, quality, and risk, and communicate progress clearly to internal teams and customers.\nImprove every day by working through published codes, standards, unique specifications, and AHJ requirements with candor and practical problem-solving.\nWin as one team by collaborating across field, office, and customer stakeholders to resolve issues, manage change orders, and deliver strong results.\nFollow departmental and SOX procedures and maintain accurate project documentation from start to finish.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n5 years of installation experience in Fire, Electrical, or Security systems.\nProficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and Project.\nAbility to create Excel spreadsheets, reference data in other spreadsheets, and create macros.\nProject Management Professional certification to be obtained within two years of employment.\nNICET Level II to be obtained within one year of employment.\nAvailability for frequent local travel.\nNice to Have\nCertificate or diploma in Fire & Life Safety, Electrical/Electronic, or Security.\nCertification in Fire Alarm Systems.\nWhy Join Us\nWe offer a competitive salary and bonus plan, with a hiring range of $85,000 to $85,000 based on experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
