Here, you will join a collaborative team with opportunities to grow through meaningful work, learning, and hands-on project experience.\nRole Overview\nAs a Fire Project Manager, you will lead fire alarm, security, and communications installation projects from planning through closeout. You will help ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and with strong attention to customer satisfaction, quality, and financial performance across commercial, educational, healthcare, industrial, and military environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead fire alarm, security, and communications installation projects through all phases of execution.\nEstablish local project offices and coordinate scope, risk, methodology, and resource planning.\nManage schedules, costs, safety, quality, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoordinate work from design and permitting through material delivery, labor scheduling, and field installation.\nFacilitate Work in Progress meetings, status reviews, and issue resolution with internal teams and customers.\nSupport change order processing and look for opportunities to improve project margin.\nEnsure projects are completed in alignment with company standards, customer requirements, published codes, standards, unique specifications, and AHJ requirements.\nHow You Will Do It\nOwn project outcomes with accountability, safety, and integritywhile keeping customer commitments in focus.\nStay close to the workby coordinating design, permits, delivery, labor, and installation details so obstacles are identified and removed early.\nUse a disciplined project planto track schedule, budget, quality, and risk, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.\nImprove every dayby applying codes, standards, unique specifications, and AHJ requirements with candor and practical problem-solving.\nWin as one teamby working across field, office, and customer partners to resolve issues, manage change orders, and deliver strong results.\nFollow departmental and SOX procedures and maintain accurate project documentation from start to finish.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n5 years of installation experience in Fire, Electrical, or Security systems.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification to be obtained within two years of employment.\nNICET Level II to be obtained within one year of employment.\nProficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and Project.\nAbility to create Excel spreadsheets, reference data across spreadsheets, and create macros.\nAvailability for frequent local travel.\nNice to Have\nCertificate or diploma in Fire & Life Safety, Electrical/Electronic, or Security.\nCertification in Fire Alarm Systems.\nWhy Join Us\nWe offer a competitive salary and bonus plan, with a hiring range of $98,200-$135,000 based on experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
