This role supports the successful delivery of fire sprinkler projects from planning through completion, with a strong focus on safety, customer service, code compliance, and project performance.\nRole Overview\nAs a Sprinkler Project Manager, you will take ownership of assigned projects and coordinate design, procurement, field execution, schedule control, and financial tracking. You will help deliver safe, compliant, and profitable outcomes while keeping customers, internal teams, and subcontractors aligned from start to finish.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn assigned fire sprinkler projects from inception through completion and manage delivery against scope, schedule, and budget.\nReview contract scope, delivery requirements, and key schedule dates to maintain clear project direction.\nCoordinate with design, procurement, and field teams to build and maintain a comprehensive project plan.\nDevelop pipe-on-job dates for all scope on assigned projects.\nIdentify scope deviations, document them accurately, and submit RFI/COR documentation to capture out-of-scope costs.\nProcure materials and subcontracted scope needed to execute the contracted work.\nParticipate in project meetings, attend job sites as required, and support day-to-day execution.\nLead Work in Progress meetings and prepare accurate cost-to-complete reports.\nFollow published codes, standards, and unique project specifications throughout delivery.\nBuild strong customer relationships and communicate in a respectful, open, and professional manner.\nHow You Will Do It\nTake ownership of project results with accountability, safety, and integrity at the center of every decision.\nStay close to the work by understanding the contract, scope, and dates that drive the project.\nWork proactively with design, procurement, and field partners to keep delivery aligned to schedule and budget.\nAddress issues early and communicate candidly so challenges are resolved before they affect delivery.\nUse WIP reviews, cost-to-complete reporting, and scope tracking to improve execution every day.\nWin as one team by building trust with customers, colleagues, and field partners to remove obstacles and deliver results.\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nTwo or more years of experience as a fire sprinkler project manager or in design work within the fire sprinkler industry.\nMust be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.\nComputer literate with Windows applications, with emphasis in spreadsheets.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, along with outstanding customer service skills.\nAbility to work in a matrix structure and manage conflict resolution across multiple complex projects.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.\nHighly organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.\nNICET Level II certification in at least one field must be obtained within 2 years of employment.\nNice to Have\nBachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or equivalent field.\nFive years of fire protection, construction, or related project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n3 to 5 years of industry experience with sprinkler layout, hydraulic calculations, and installation of complex sprinkler systems.\nKnowledge of special hazard fire protection systems.\nGeneral knowledge of fire alarm systems.\nAbility to read and understand complex architectural, mechanical, and electrical documents.\nKnowledge of standards, Underwriter’s requirements, and applicable building codes.\nProject management experience with a proven track record.\nWhy Join Us\nYou will be joining a team that values safety, collaboration, customer focus, and professional growth.
