Service, troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers including Simplex and ANSUL. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals. Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products. You will work with clean agent systems, dry chemical systems, and special hazards.\nHow you will do it\nAssist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. \nParticipation in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service. \nPerforms inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.\nInspect customer systems\nUse of Smart Phone and Equipment\nMay include government work\nWhat we look for\nRequired\n4+ years of experience\nExcellent communication and organizational skills \nOutstanding Customer facing service and problem-solving skills \nPC Skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook \nPreferred\nAny Manufacturer certifications is a plus; ANSUL, Kiddie PyroChem \nLocal and State license if required.\nHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $30.09 - 41.34 Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
