What you will do:

• • Perform a variety of specialized clerical duties to support the Office.
  • Responsibilities to include but not limited to :
    • Payroll Entry
    • Creating/Receiving PO’s
    • UL Certification Process/Audit
    • Safety Coordination
    • Fleet Coordinator
    • Tracking/Ordering Office Supplies

How you will do it:

• • Perform data entry with a high level of efficiency and accuracy
  • Exhibit the ability to follow direction and work independently
  • Demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills allowing for effective and professional communication with both internal and external customers.
  • Prioritize work activities based upon immediate and long-term business goals of the organization.
  • Provide administrative support to the Area Operations Support Team Manager as needed.

Qualifications

What we look for :

• • Education
    • High School diploma or equifvalent
  • Experience:
    • 2 + year of Customer Service experience
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word & Excel.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook & Teams

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $23 - $30 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
