You will help ensure that employees and managers receive timely, accurate, and practical HR support while contributing to a well-organized and compliant HR operation.\nWhat you will do\nProvide guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and standard people processes.\nServe as an initial point of contact for HR-related inquiries and coordinate follow-up with the appropriate HR teams.\nSupport onboarding activities, including preparing paperwork, coordinating schedules, and helping new hires transition smoothly into the business.\nManage HR administration tasks such as salary certificates, statement of service letters, CSO reporting, and employee file maintenance.\nMaintain accurate Workday data, complete routine data audits, and support employee record integrity.\nCoordinate benefits administration activities, including open enrollment, changes, employee questions, and related training.\nSupport Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services Centre activities, including recruitment support and the referral program.\nAssist with internal movement processing, employee lifecycle changes, and personnel record updates.\nPartner with the HR Business Partner on talent management processes, engagement survey coordination, and monthly headcount reporting.\nSupport staffing planning by identifying future workforce needs with leaders and hiring managers.\nAssist with investigations, disciplinary actions, and other employee relations matters as needed.\nContribute to HR projects, process improvements, integration activities, and other assigned initiatives.\nHow you will do it\nTake ownership of employee and manager requests by responding promptly, following through carefully, and handling information with discretion.\nWork closely with plant operations and local leaders to keep HR support practical, consistent, and aligned to business needs.\nUse sound judgment, clear communication, and strong attention to detail to keep HR data, records, and processes accurate.\nLook for ways to improve routine work, remove friction for employees, and strengthen the overall HR service experience.\nCollaborate across HR and business teams with a supportive, accountable, and solutions-focused mindset.\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nAt least 3 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong knowledge of HR-related laws, regulations, and best practices.\nProficiency with Workday and Microsoft Office Suite.\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.\nAbility to build and maintain effective relationships across the organization.\nNice to Have\nExperience supporting employee relations, investigations, or disciplinary processes.\nExperience with HRIS and time and attendance systems.\nHigh customer service orientation and strong problem-solving skills.\nExperience supporting engagement surveys, headcount reporting, or HR metrics.\nWhat do we
