The role will involve transition of processes from offshore locations and hence the incumbent will ensure the learning curve is maintained until self-sufficiency within transition timelines.:\nWhat you will do\nPrimary jobs involve handling job requisitions such as bulk creation, validation and approval using various business rules.\nProcesses other workday administration such New Hires, Terminations, Employment Changes, Employment Verification, etc. including follow up with mangers and HRBPs to clarify information, obtain approvals or request corrections.\nProcess the transactions accomplishing KPIs defined per processes and according to the Case Management Framework and the SOX Matrix.\nAudits of data entry accuracy done by HR Ops team members\nWell versed with data protection principles, knows how to process confidential and sensitive employee information.\nAttention to detail - be able to accurately process transaction.\nSolid understanding of Workday and HR ServiceNow.\nArticulate work instructions and write standard operating procedure (SOPs).
