This is a varied, hands-on role involving air conditioning installation, ductwork, mechanical assembly, pipework, cable containment and general installation activities.\nWe welcome applications from experienced HVAC and air conditioning engineers, as well as individuals with relevant practical experience who are keen to develop their skills across multiple disciplines. F-Gas certification is desirable but not essential.\nThe role involves travel to customer sites nationwide, with working away from home required at times.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary plus overtime and working-away allowance\nCompany van, PPE and IT equipment\nPension with up to 7% company contribution\nLife assurance\n25 days holiday plus bank holidays\nHoliday purchase scheme\nEmployee Assistance Programme\nEmployee discounts\nOngoing training and career development\nWhat You'll Do\nInstall and replace rooftop air conditioning units, AHUs and ventilation equipment\nCarry out associated ductwork, pipework, containment and mechanical installation tasks\nSupport commissioning and refrigerant pipework activities where qualified\nWork from drawings and specifications to deliver high-quality installations\nCollaborate with colleagues, subcontractors and project managers to deliver projects safely and on schedule\nComplete site documentation and provide progress updates\nRepresent Password Services professionally on customer sites\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in HVAC, air conditioning, ventilation, mechanical installation or a related trade\nPractical hands-on installation skills and ability to use power and hand tools safely\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions\nPositive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team\nWillingness to travel and work away from home when required\nFull UK driving licence\nBasic IT skills\nDesirable\nF-Gas Category 1 certification\nExperience with rooftop units, AHUs and ventilation systems\nRefrigerant pipework and commissioning experience\nCSCS, IPAF, PASMA or similar site certifications\nYou do not need experience in every aspect of the role to apply.
