You will build relationships with senior decision-makers, develop tailored solutions and manage opportunities from prospecting through project handover while achieving revenue and margin objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop new business opportunities for fire suppression installation projects. \nManage and grow key customer accounts across a broad geographic area. \nBuild strategic relationships with senior executives and decision-makers. \nConduct site surveys and identify customer requirements. \nDevelop technical and commercial proposals for fire suppression solutions. \nPresent solutions, negotiate contracts and secure profitable business. \nManage opportunities through the full sales cycle. \nMaintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline reporting. \nCollaborate with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery. \nAchieve sales revenue, margin and growth objectives. \nWhat we look for\nEssential\nProven sales experience within fire suppression, fire protection, building services or a related technical industry. \nExperience managing large or strategic customer accounts. \nStrong commercial awareness and solution-selling capability. \nAbility to build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. \nStrong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. \nResults-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. \nFull UK Driving Licence. \nDesirable\nTechnical knowledge of gas suppression, water mist, foam, sprinkler or other fire suppression systems. \nExperience working with consultants, contractors and end users. \nUnderstanding of fire industry standards and regulations. \nEngineering or technical qualification relevant to the built environment or fire protection sector. \nExperience selling complex, high-value installation projects. \nKey Performance Measures\nSales revenue and margin achievement. \nGrowth of strategic customer accounts. \nPipeline
