cooling towers, and related systems.\nSupport service engineers in resolving complex technical issues.\nAnalyze recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.\nEnsure compliance with OEM guidelines and safety standards.\nTeam Management\nLead and supervise service engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.\nAllocate resources effectively to optimize service efficiency.\nConduct technical training and skill development programs for the team.\nMonitor team productivity and performance.\nCustomer Relationship Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers.\nHandle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution.\nConduct periodic service review meetings with key customers.\nIdentify opportunities for AMC renewals, service upgrades, and spare parts sales.\nFinancial & Commercial Management\nSupport preparation of service budgets and resource planning.\nMonitor service revenue, AMC contracts, and profitability.\nEnsure timely invoicing and payment follow-up.\nControl service costs while maintaining quality standards.\nSafety & Compliance\nEnsure strict adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies.\nConduct safety audits and toolbox talks for service teams.\nMaintain proper documentation of service activities and compliance records.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field.\n5-10 years of experience in HVAC and Chiller Service Operations.\nStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, cooling towers, pumps, and control
