J ob Title: Project Manager - Data Center (BMS)

Location: Mumbai

Department: Building Technologies & Solutions (BT&S)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of Data Center projects, with a strong focus on Building Management Systems (BMS) and integrated building solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, including planning, installation, commissioning, stakeholder management, and project closure while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, cost, and timeline objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of Data Center BMS projects from kick-off to handover.
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities.
• Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of:
  • Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • HVAC Controls
  • Electrical Monitoring Systems
  • CCTV Systems
  • Access Control Systems (ACS)
  • Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project KPIs and ensure timely delivery within contractual commitments.
• Conduct project review meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and company standards.
• Handle customer escalations and drive resolution.
• Support project documentation, billing milestones, and project closure activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
• PMP/Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in project execution and project management.
• Strong experience in Data Center projects.
• Experience managing BMS, HVAC Controls, ELV Systems, CCTV, ACS, and Fire Alarm Systems.
• Proven experience in handling large-scale critical infrastructure or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, and multiple stakeholders.
