The role involves project coordination, technical documentation, site support, and liaison with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved safely, on time, and within budget.\nHow you will do it:\nSupport Service Manager and Project Engineer in planning, executing, and monitoring assigned service jobs.\nReview customer requirements, technical specifications, and tender documents to ensure compliance with project deliverables.\nCoordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.\nAssist in system configuration and programming of fire alarm and life safety systems, including cause-and-effect logic implementation.\nPrepare and submit project documentation, drawings, method statements, test reports, and as-built documents.\nParticipate in technical meetings, project discussions, and customer presentations when required.\nMonitor project schedules, progress, material deliveries, and site activities to ensure timely completion.\nEnsure compliance with company quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.\nProvide technical support and recommend engineering solutions to address project challenges and customer requirements.\nWhat we look for:\nDiploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Fire Protection Engineering, or related engineering disciplines.\nBasic knowledge of Fire Detection, Fire Protection, Fire & Gas, or HVAC Systems is an advantage.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Project.\nExperience with AutoCAD or other engineering design software.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and project stakeholders.\nAble to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight project
