with business stakeholders and IT teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.\nIdentify opportunities to improve business processes through technology and automation.\nSupport business risk management, compliance, and audit remediation initiatives.\nAssist in defining and delivering strategic and tactical technology objectives.\nBusiness Analysis & Solution Delivery\nGather, analyse, and document business requirements and functional specifications.\nConduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.\nMap current and future-state business processes and workflows.\nAnalyse critical business data flows, systems, and operational requirements.\nTranslate business capabilities into detailed functional requirements.\nPartner with technical recovery activities.\nEnsure adherence to IT governance processes and best practices.\nAbout You\nWe're seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Business Analyst who can confidently engage with stakeholders, challenge existing processes, and deliver business-focused outcomes.\nEssential Skills & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 7 years' experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or similar roles.\nProven ability to gather requirements and translate complex business needs into practical technology solutions.\nStrong business process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience working with ERP platforms and business processes (essential), including systems such as:Pronto\niScala\nEpicor\n\nExperience using SQL and data analysis tools.\nExperience delivering projects in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments.\nStrong understanding of project delivery methodologies.\nExceptional communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.\nDesirable\nExperience with Business Intelligence and reporting platforms such as Power BI or Cognos.\nCBAP, PMP, or other relevant Business Analysis or Project Management certifications.\nExperience supporting enterprise transformation or system implementation projects.\nCompliance Requirements\nTo be considered
