You will use MRP/ERP data, supplier metrics, and day-to-day operational coordination to improve material availability, reduce disruption, and strengthen supply chain performance.\nWhat will you do?\nEstablish and maintain Kanban systems to support efficient material flow to the production line.\nLead Materials Requirement Planning activities in MRP and ERP systems.\nMonitor supplier performance metrics and drive actions to improve delivery performance.\nCoordinate daily material expediting and adjust production priorities to support changing demand and supply conditions.\nManage warehouse operations and ensure compliance with routing guides.\nCollaborate with procurement to identify and qualify suppliers and support vendor quality processes.\nAnalyze data, procedural activities, and information flows to identify gaps and improve supply chain efficiency and cost control.\nSupport consignment programs and inventory movement for outside processing operations when applicable.\nTrain and develop material planning staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\nHow will you do it?\nOwn the flow of materials with accountability, safety, and integrityas you manage Kanban replenishment and production support priorities.\nStay close to the workby working with production, warehouse, procurement, and suppliers to remove obstacles quickly.\nUse data and candor to improve every dayby reviewing performance metrics, identifying root causes, and adjusting plans based on what the process needs.\nWork as one teamby building trust across functions and using diverse perspectives to strengthen decisions.\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMinimum of six years of experience in materials management, production scheduling, inventory control, or supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience managing teams in Materials, Warehouse, or Production Scheduling functions.\nProficiency in MRP and/or ERP systems.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret data from systems, processes, and material flows.\nAdvanced conversational English.\nNice to Have\nKnowledge of MacPac ERP.\nAPICS CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD certification.\nExperience with Six
