This role is hands-on, cross-functional, and focused on protecting product quality, responding to quality alerts, and improving the way issues are handled from first notice through closure.\nWhat you will do\nEnsure quality systems are implemented and maintained at the site and network level.\nPartner with internal and external stakeholders on corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints and quality alerts.\nRepresent customer needs and concerns to plant management and provide liaison support between customers and plant/division teams.\nIdentify quality operational gaps and execute improvement strategies.\nDevelop quality control procedures and support inspection of incoming shipments.\nMaintain corrective action systems for internal and external suppliers, including root cause analysis and 8D problem solving.\nRespond to quality notification alerts and coordinate containment, rework, and physical disposition of non-conforming product.\nParticipate in Kaizen events and continuous-improvement activities.\nHow you will do it\nTake ownership of quality outcomesby responding quickly to issues, documenting actions clearly, and following through until containment and corrective actions are complete.\nStay close to the work and the customerby listening to plant, supplier, and customer feedback and turning it into practical actions that remove obstacles and protect delivery.\nUse fact-based problem solving and continuous improvementto drive root cause analysis, 8D discipline, Kaizen actions, and measurable follow-up.\nWin as one teamby building trust across customer, plant, engineering, and supply chain partners and keeping communication open and respectful.\nWhat are we looking for\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience working in quality, manufacturing, supplier quality, or a related technical environment.\nWorking knowledge of CAPA, root cause analysis, 8D, and quality alert processes.\nAbility to communicate effectively with customers, plant leadership, engineering, and suppliers.\nStrong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to prioritize issues, manage follow-up, and drive actions to closure in a fast-paced environment.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Kaizen events, supplier corrective action systems, or quality improvement initiatives.\nExposure to incoming inspection, non-conforming product disposition, or plant quality audits.\nExperience supporting warranty-related or
