regions.\nPrepare, review, and issue shipping and customs documentation required for international transportation.\nAct as the primary point of contact for freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and logistics service providers.\nCommunicate shipment status, delivery updates, and transportation-related information directly with customers and internal stakeholders.\nEnsure all import and export activities comply with applicable trade regulations, customs requirements, and company compliance standards.\nMonitor transportation performance and benchmark freight rates across logistics providers to support cost optimization initiatives.\nIdentify and implement improvements to local logistics processes and transportation solutions.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service levels, efficiency, and supply chain performance.\nHow You Will Do It\nBuild strong working relationships with freight carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.\nProactively manage shipment exceptions, delays, and transportation challenges to minimize business impact.\nEnsure accurate and timely preparation of shipping documentation and records.\nMaintain a high level of attention to detail when managing compliance, customs, and transportation requirements.\nAnalyze logistics performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.\nPrioritize multiple shipments and competing deadlines while maintaining service quality.\nCollaborate effectively across functions including customer service, procurement, warehouse operations, and trade compliance teams.\nWhat We Look For\nRequired\nExperience in freight forwarding, transportation, logistics, shipping, or international trade operations.\nSolid understanding of import and export processes, including shipping documentation, goods flow, and information flow.\nKnowledge of transportation and logistics principles.\nFamiliarity with international shipping regulations and trade compliance requirements.\nStrong customer service and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nA proactive, results-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nPreferred\nExperience within a freight forwarding, manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environment.\nAir freight experience.\nKnowledge of customs procedures and international trade regulations.\nExperience working with ERP systems, particularly Oracle.\nExposure to freight cost analysis, carrier performance management, or transportation optimization initiatives.\nUnderstanding of spare parts logistics or aftermarket supply chain
