Working closely with Project Managers, Procurement, Field Operations, and Installation Teams, you will ensure that materials, equipment, and systems are accurately tracked, organized, and delivered to project sites on time. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nHow You Will Do It\nManage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of security equipment and materials.\nMaintain accurate inventory records through inventory management systems, ensuring stock levels, serial numbers, and project allocations are properly tracked.\nPerform material batching, kitting, and staging for customer projects and installation teams to support efficient field deployment.\nCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including domestic, cross-border, and international shipments.\nPrepare and process shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing slips, customs documentation, commercial invoices, and carrier paperwork.\nReceive and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and packing slips; investigate and resolve discrepancies or damaged shipments.\nCoordinate material deliveries, transfers, and returns between warehouses, branch locations, project sites, vendors, and customers.\nPartner with Project Managers and Operations teams to forecast material requirements and ensure project readiness.\nSchedule and coordinate carrier pickups, freight services, couriers, and specialized transportation requirements.\nMonitor shipment status and proactively communicate delays, shortages, backorders, or logistics issues to stakeholders.\nProcess returned materials, warranty returns, RMAs, and inventory adjustments.\nConduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy and support annual physical inventory counts.\nOrganize warehouse space to maximize efficiency, safety, and accessibility of materials and equipment.\nLoad and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment while following all safety procedures.\nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials safely and efficiently.\nEnsure proper handling and storage of high-value security equipment, electronic components, and project-specific materials.\nCoordinate waste disposal, recycling, and warehouse housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and safe work environment.\nMaintain compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, import/export requirements, and health and safety standards.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements that enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer service levels.\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, freight providers, and customers.\nWhat We Look For\nRequired\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Business, or related field is considered an asset.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, shipping and receiving, or related roles.\nExperience supporting construction, low-voltage, security, technology, or project-based environments is preferred.\nValid forklift certification and proven experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment preferred.\nExperience with international shipping, customs documentation, and cross-border logistics.\nStrong knowledge of inventory management practices, warehouse procedures, and shipping regulations.\nExperience with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.\nStrong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively with Project Managers, Procurement, Operations, and Field Teams.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties as required.\nCommitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.\nMust be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.\nHIRING SALARY RANGE: $56,000-$78,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
