Summary:\nThe maintenance manager is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of facility, machinery, and infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.\nThis role involves leading a team of engineers, scheduling maintenance activities, managing budgets and spare-parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.\nThe manager also analyzes equipment performance data to reduce downtime, implement improvement projects, and support overall operational reliability.\nWhat will you do?\nDevelop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities. \nSupervise, train, and evaluate maintenance of engineers and support staff. \nCoordinate repairs of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems to minimize downtime. \nMaintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability when needed. \nManage the maintenance budget, including labor, parts, and contractor costs. \nEnsure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. \nAnalyze equipment performance and failure trends to recommend improvements or upgrades looking the realibility to reduce the downtime.\nCoordinate with other departments to plan maintenance activities with minimal impact on workflow. \nWhat are we looking for?\nEducation \nBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field. \nKey skills \nStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/neumatic systems. \nLeadership and team management skills. \nProficiency with CMMS software \nBudget planning and cost-control skills \nStrong troubleshooting and root-cause
