will you do:\nDevelop, implement and continuously improve preventive, predictive and reliability-based maintenance strategies to ensure equipment availability, reliability and optimal performance, supporting safety, quality, production and business objectives.\nHow you will do it:\nProvide technical leadership and support to maintenance personnel, ensuring effective troubleshooting, failure analysis and implementation of equipment reliability improvements.\nResponsible for monitoring, planning and executing the predictive maintenance of the equipment on the JC platform\nResponsible for monitoring and executing the OEE of critical equipment.\nActive participation in communications, campaigns, training, and any other activities related to the ISO 9000 QMS.\nComply with the quality requirements defined in the ASME manual.\nComply with layer audits.\nComply with the Quality Policy.\nFollow the guidelines of the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, participate in campaigns, generate operational control records for EHS management systems, and apply legal requirements and internal EHS standards.\nComply with the Environment, Health, and Safety Policy.\nParticipate in the prevention of occupational diseases and injuries.\nDevelop, implement and optimize preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance plans for production and critical equipment.\nAnalyze equipment performance using maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, Downtime, Availability and PM Compliance.\nIdentify Top Offender equipment, repetitive failures and chronic problems, developing technical action plans to improve equipment reliability.\nLead and document Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical and repetitive equipment failures using methodologies such as 5 Why, Fishbone and failure analysis.\nProvide advanced technical support for troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, PLC, CNC, servo drives, servo motors, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.\nSupport maintenance technicians and supervisors during complex breakdowns and technical escalations.\nDevelop and improve equipment maintenance standards, troubleshooting guides, inspection routines and technical documentation.\nMonitor equipment condition using predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration, temperature, current and other condition-monitoring parameters.\nAnalyze maintenance history and equipment data through the CMMS to identify opportunities for reliability improvement.\nReview and optimize preventive maintenance frequencies based on equipment history, failure modes and operational conditions.\nSupport equipment criticality analysis and identification of critical spare parts.\nParticipate in equipment modifications, upgrades and obsolescence management.\nProvide technical support during new equipment installation, commissioning, validation and equipment acceptance.\nParticipate in TPM, Autonomous Maintenance and continuous improvement activities with Production and other support departments.\nSupport technical training and development of maintenance technicians.\nEnsure maintenance activities comply with EHS, LOTO, Quality, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.\nParticipate in technical projects focused on downtime reduction, equipment reliability, productivity and maintenance cost optimization.\nWhat we look for:\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation or related Engineering field.\nExperience as a leader or personal management\n+5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor\nTechnical knowledge to resolve electrical, electronic and CNC control faults.\nTechnical knowledge to resolve mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults.\nTechnical Knowledge Servo Drive and Servo Motor\nManagement of the TPS system and implementation of monitoring systems for industry 4.0\nLeadership and control of the sequence of events for proper management of time and functions\nStrong technical knowledge of electrical and electronic troubleshooting.\nKnowledge of PLC and industrial control systems.\nKnowledge of Servo Drives and Servo Motors.\nStrong troubleshooting knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.\nKnowledge of preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance methodologies.\nKnowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Why and Fishbone methodologies.\nUnderstanding and application of maintenance KPIs including MTTR, MTBF, Downtime, Availability and PM Compliance.\nExperience working with CMMS systems, work orders, equipment history and preventive maintenance plans.\nAbility to interpret electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams and technical manuals.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to prioritize technical problems according to safety, production impact and equipment criticality.\nAbility to provide technical leadership and support to maintenance technicians.\nExperience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance environments.\nPreferred:\nIntermediate English (B1 or higher).\nExperience with CNC equipment and industrial automation.\nKnowledge of vibration analysis, thermography and condition monitoring.\nKnowledge of TPM and Autonomous Maintenance.\nExperience with Industry 4.0 / equipment condition monitoring systems.\nKnowledge of equipment
