You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver tailored solutions, meet sales targets, and grow our service business.\n\nWhat will you do?\nLead service sales for systems including Access Control, CCTV, Fire Detection (Conventional/Addressable), BMS, Fire Suppression (Gas-based), VESDA, Water Leak Detection, Rodent Repellent, Flap/Boom Barriers, UVSS, IoT, and Parking Management.\nEngage with Field Operations to understand site requirements and prepare cost-effective proposals.\nDrive customer negotiations and close orders efficiently.\nMaintain a strong sales pipeline (5x of target) and ensure timely order conversion.\nComply with internal sales processes and documentation standards.\nExplore new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.\nWhat we look for?\n· BE/B.Tech (Mechanical, Industrial Engg, Electrical & Electronics, Production Engg)\n7-15 years of experience in service/project sales in building technologies.\nStrong commercial and technical acumen.\nProven contract and sales negotiation skills.\nExcellent communication and relationship management abilities.\nWhat we offer:\nWe offer a challenging and exciting position as part of a global, multi-industrial corporation.
