master data governance, ensuring accuracy and integrity across SAP and related systems.\nManage Engineering Change Notice (ECN) processes to support new parts readiness and lifecycle transitions.\nDrive parts supersession and obsolescence management to minimize inventory risk and ensure supply continuity.\nDevelop and execute pricing and cost governance strategies to improve aftermarket revenue and margins.\nSupport service growth through Service BOM development, parts localization, and new product introductions.\nLead data quality, process improvement, and system enhancement initiatives.\nEstablish KPIs and performance reporting to monitor readiness, data quality, pricing performance, and business growth.\nBuild strong partnerships across engineering, procurement, service, finance, and IT while leading a high-performing team.\nQualifications\nRequired\n10+ years of experience in aftermarket, industrial equipment, automotive, or related industries.\nExperience in master data management, parts operations, inventory planning, supply chain, or product management.\nProven experience in pricing, revenue growth, and process improvement initiatives.\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.\nExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.\nStrong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and BI tools.\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.\nPreferred\nSAP experience (master data, BOM, pricing).\nExperience with product lifecycle management, NPI, and ECN processes.\nAPICS, PMP, Six Sigma, or related certifications.\nStrong English communication skills.\nSuccess Profile\nThe successful candidate will combine expertise in aftermarket operations, data governance, product lifecycle management, and pricing strategy with strong leadership and cross-functional influence to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence across
