You will own the AI product roadmap, prioritize investments, and ensure successful execution from concept through deployment and adoption.\nAs a Product AI Manager, you will:\nDefine and execute the strategic vision for Johnson Controls' AI product portfolio.\nIdentify and prioritize AI opportunities that support business objectives and customer outcomes.\nDevelop and manage AI product roadmaps stakeholders.\nPresent recommendations, roadmaps, business cases, and performance updates to senior leadership.\nAI Solution Leadership\nPartner with technical teams to evaluate AI platforms, models, tools, and solution architectures.\nProvide guidance on technology selection, implementation approaches, scalability, and governance.\nSupport build-versus-buy evaluations and vendor selection processes.\nPromote responsible AI principles, security standards, and model governance practices.\nEnsure AI initiatives align with enterprise technology strategies and business objectives.\nLeadership & Collaboration\nLead and influence cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.\nFoster collaboration across Experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n8+ years of experience in product management, software development, technology strategy, digital transformation, or related disciplines.\nExperience defining product strategies and translating them into successful business outcomes.\nExperience leading enterprise-scale initiatives involving both business and technical stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to drive product vision, prioritization, and execution within a complex organization.\nExperience working in Agile product development environments.\nAI & Technical Expertise\nKnowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and emerging AI technologies.\nExperience evaluating and implementing AI-enabled solutions to solve business challenges.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.\nUnderstanding of enterprise data ecosystems, analytics platforms, and modern software development practices.\nKnowledge of AI governance, responsible AI principles, and model lifecycle management.\nExperience partnering with engineering and data science teams to deliver production-ready solutions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\nExperience managing AI, analytics, digital, or software product portfolios.\nExperience working with generative AI technologies, AI agents, agentic workflows, or enterprise AI platforms.\nExperience building business cases and measuring return on investment for technology initiatives.\nKnowledge of enterprise platforms, data infrastructure, and cloud-native architectures.\nExperience operating within large, global organizations undergoing digital transformation.\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication and
