You will use Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methods to reduce waste, solve problems, and help build stable, efficient processes that meet quality and delivery expectations.\nWhat you will do\nLead the design and implementation of stable production flow using Lean principles and continuous improvement tools. \nAnalyze manufacturing processes to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and lower production cost. \nRun Kaizen events, 5S activities, Value Stream Mapping, root cause analysis, and standard work initiatives. \nDevelop, improve, and validate manufacturing equipment, tooling, and processes to meet production needs. \nPartner with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to support day-to-day manufacturing performance. \nSupport new product introduction and production readiness activities from early planning through launch. \nCreate and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs. \nMonitor OEE, yield, downtime, and related production metrics, then drive corrective actions where needed. \nLead troubleshooting activities and long-term corrective and preventive actions. \nEnsure manufacturing processes follow applicable safety, quality, and environmental standards. \nTrain and support production staff on Lean tools and improved manufacturing practices. \nHow you will do it\nYou will stay close to the work, observe production conditions directly, and remove barriers that prevent teams from achieving safe and effective output. \nYou will own your assignments with accountability, act with integrity, and keep safety and quality at the center of every improvement. \nYou will use facts, data, and root cause analysis to make practical decisions and improve processes every day. \nYou will work as one team with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering by sharing information openly and respecting different perspectives. \nYou will use Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to drive measurable improvements, not just temporary fixes. \nYou will document changes clearly so process updates, work instructions, and standards are easy to follow and sustain. \nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering (desirable) \n6 month to 2 years of experience as Manufacturing Engineer in a manufacturing environment with responsibility for process improvement. \nStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methods. \nExperience improving or stabilizing production lines, equipment, or manufacturing processes. \nHands-on analytical and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives. \nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams. \nNice to Have\nCertification in Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt, or a higher level certification. \nExperience with automation, industrial equipment, or robotics. \nFamiliarity with CAD software for equipment or process design. \nKnowledge of manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, takt time, cycle time, and throughput. \nExperience with PLCs or control systems. \nBilingual English and
